Qualifications

• Academic background in healthcare administration or management.
• 7–10 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.
• Experience growing ancillary service lines, especially allergy and audiology.
• Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics.
• Experience leading teams in a data-rich environment.
• Private practice setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive ancillary service line growth, with a focus on allergy and audiology, expanding service volume, revenue, and patient access.
• Partner with physicians, audiologists, and staff to build, staff, and scale allergy and audiology programs across the care center.
• Establish and monitor metrics for ancillary service lines and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Cultivate a workplace culture with high morale; lead monthly staff meetings to drive engagement.
• Oversee daily workflows and staffing to ensure seamless clinic coverage and patient flow.
• Take full ownership of P&L, accounts receivable, and CPT frequency analysis.
• Translate monthly financial reports into actionable profitability strategies.
• Analyze and optimize physician schedules to maximize access and productivity.
• Collaborate with MSO to implement growth initiatives and standardize workflows across sites.
• Drive standardization of policies and SOPs across clinical sites.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain a center of excellence in quality.
