Job summary

Florida ENT Associates seeks an Allergy Manager to lead the allergy testing and immunotherapy program within an ENT practice. You will supervise testing, oversee SCIT administration, ensure patient screening and documentation, and coordinate with physicians on treatment plans.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (OSHA/HIPAA), and commitment to patient safety. This position is hospital-adjacent clinical leadership in a fast-paced ENT setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare field preferred.
• Experience in ENT, allergy, immunology, or outpatient clinical setting required.
• Prior supervisory or lead clinical role strongly preferred.
• Experience with allergy immunotherapy administration required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise allergy testing procedures.
• Oversee immunotherapy administration.
• Ensure proper patient screening, consent, and documentation.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and emergency protocols.
• Train and schedule allergy technicians or nursing staff.
• Maintain staff competency in allergy protocols.
• Manage allergy serum ordering and inventory.
• Track expirations and storage compliance.
• Maintain patient records and immunotherapy logs.
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with physicians on treatment plans.
