Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Supplier Quality / QA Coordinator to support the Project Quality Manager in procurement quality, supplier surveillance, vendor documentation, NCRs, and MRB closeout for an oil and gas project in Alaska. The role is primarily Anchorage based with periodic travel to the North Slope to support site QA, construction, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Engineering, technical, quality, or construction background preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC or Quality Assurance experience in oil and gas.
• Strong experience with procurement quality, supplier surveillance, and MRB documentation.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO 9001, NACE/AMPP, and applicable project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review POs, ITPs, and Quality Plans to ensure procurement quality.
• Coordinate supplier quality surveillance and inspection activities.
• Review vendor documentation and MRB closeout.
• Support PIMS / CMS completion documentation and turnover packages.
• Manage NCRs, concessions, and corrective actions.
• Maintain procurement QA and supplier performance trackers.
• Travel to the North Slope as required to support site quality activities.
