Job summary

Worley seeks a Finance Manager for our Anchorage, AK location. You will partner with Location Leadership to drive planning, budgeting, and finance strategy, and provide commercial input on bids and projects.

Degree in engineering, business, commerce or quantitative field.
CA/CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience supporting project delivery and understanding of project execution.

Responsibilities

Serve as day‑to‑day finance partner to Location Leadership Team and Operations.
Lead Finance function strategy, capability, and day‑to‑day delivery.
Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial input to bids and projects.
Oversee location accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury risks.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, IFRS, and tax laws.
Collaborate with regional and global finance groups for monthly reporting.
Drive cash management, collections, invoicing, and liquidity management.
