Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and/or operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience leading multi-functional teams (finance, HR, IT, or shared services)
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across accounting, finance, HR, and IT.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and strong internal controls.
• Lead or support negotiations, contracts, and risk management initiatives.
