Job summary

Worley Alaska is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting across complex projects. This role emphasizes developing robust project controls processes and coaching the team to deliver accurate, timely insights that support decision making and project success.

You will partner with management to ensure proper project setup, budget alignment, risk management and adherence to Worley procedures while fostering growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years relevant experience including supervisory, project management, and / or technical experience.
• Experience in leading / managing project controls teams
• Experience in Oil/Gas Construction and Fabrication
• Experience in the full lifecycle of project
• Knowledge of EcoSys, Primavera, MS Office and cost control systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls Team and perform controls on projects as needed.
• Collaborate with the Project Controls team to ensure projects are set up per Worley procedures.
• Estimate reviews and recasting into a project control budget
• Cost control, cost management, forecasting and reporting
• Schedule development, progressing, forecasting and reporting
• Change management execution and administration
• Supervise, support, and coach Project Controls team
