RurAL CAP is seeking a Family Support Navigator in Anchorage. You will provide intensive case management for clients at the Safe Harbor-Muldoon facility, engage individuals to promote independent living, and help maintain permanent housing using a harm-reduction approach.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, life skills training, and group facilitation. Strong documentation, referrals, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work or related field, or four years experience substituting education.
• Background check including fingerprinting and TB screening required.
• Experience in substance use, homelessness, or behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive case management to clients housed at Safe Harbor-Muldoon in Anchorage.
• Engage clients to build rapport, foster independence, and maintain housing.
• Deliver life skills trainings and facilitate groups.
• Coordinate referrals and track progress with community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and participate in team meetings.
