Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and engage families to participate in service planning.
• Educate families about service options, rights, privacy notices, and grievance procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with families, providers, and community partners; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Support service improvement initiatives and ensure client-centered care through feedback and PQI activities.
