Gwinnett Technical College seeks an Educational Aide for the Anatomy and Physiology Open Lab at the Alpharetta and Lawrenceville campuses. This 19-hour per week, part-time, non-benefited role supports teaching staff by assisting with student supervision, lab setup, and enforcing lab policies.

The ideal candidate has completed Anatomy and Physiology I & II and can communicate with students, multi-task, and help prep labs and activities under the Open Lab Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed college-level Anatomy and Physiology I and II.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with learning in Anatomy and Physiology Open Lab (75%).
• Assist Open Lab Coordinator with lab maintenance and organization (10%).
• Set up and break down of lab activities and assessments (5%).
• Enforce lab safety protocols (2.5%).
• Communicate student issues to faculty as needed (2.5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Open Lab Coordinator and faculty (5%).
