Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Anatomy, or closely related field.
• Two to five years of coordinating laboratory operations or instructing an anatomy lab.
• Experience managing a cadaver lab and Body Donor Program procedures.
• Ability to teach anatomy labs (BIOL 2325/2327) and develop safety protocols.
• Strong budget planning and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly setup, maintenance, and takedown of anatomy lab sections across campuses.
• Lead recruiting, training, and scheduling of lab instructors and aides.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for cadaver laboratories.
• Coordinate with Body Donor Program and dissection instructors on needs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and inventory; report findings.
• Collaborate with faculty to implement curriculum improvements.
