Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology.
• Knowledge of licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Manages laboratory reporting workflow and staffing levels.
• Provides feedback to managers regarding performance review and staffing issues.
• Develops and implements pro-active changes to improve lab performance and efficiency.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding progress and problems.
• Ensures compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
