Qualifications

• Current license as a Supervisor in the State of Florida required.
• Five years of Clinical Laboratory experience including one year in a supervisory role.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Laboratory Technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and evaluation of laboratory personnel.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets while ensuring cost-effective resource use.
