Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking an Anaplan Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of a new planning solution. You will partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Finance to gather requirements, configure the solution, and develop training materials for a smooth transition.

You will analyze business needs, document data flows, and work with the implementation team to tailor Anaplan (and other tools) to Perry Ellis International’s requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or related role in Planning—Supply Chain, Demand, Financial.
• Experience with enterprise planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, o9); Anaplan preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with business process mapping and documentation.
• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) familiarity.
• Solid understanding of retail planning concepts and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis tools; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for the planning solution.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the solution.
• Document data flows across systems impacting planning.
• Configure the solution with the implementation team to meet requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the new system.
• Create user guides and training materials for adoption.
• Provide ongoing support after go-live and monitor usage.
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and manage budget/timeline.
• Stay current on retail planning and analytics best practices.
