Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking an Anaplan Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of a new planning solution.

You will collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Finance and IT to gather requirements, configure the system, and develop training materials. Based at our Miami headquarters, this in-office role focuses on delivering scalable planning processes, integrating data flows, testing, and user enablement while staying aligned with retail planning best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Planning—Supply Chain, Demand, or Finance.
• Experience with enterprise planning solutions (Anaplan preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with business process mapping and documentation.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of retail planning concepts and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the planning solution.
• Document end-to-end data flows across systems impacting planning.
• Configure the solution with the implementation team to meet requirements.
• Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing.
• Create user guides and training materials for adoption.
• Provide ongoing support after go-live.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and manage budget and timeline.
• Stay up-to-date on retail planning best practices.
