Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – Anaplan to lead the design, strategy, and roadmap of Anaplan applications. You will partner with the AVP and collaborate with actuarial, ALM, Controllership, Treasury, JET, and other FP&A teams to evolve planning capabilities.

Responsibilities include sprint planning, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing requirements, coordinating releases, and mentoring analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years Anaplan experience required.
• 7+ years Corporate Finance experience preferred.
• 5+ years PowerBI experience or other visualization tools preferred.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Insurance/financial services industry experience preferred.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification required.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports analysts through sprint planning, prioritization, and day-to-day execution.
• Defines the product vision and strategy and maintains the roadmap for Anaplan apps.
• Gathers and prioritizes stakeholder and business requirements.
• Coordinates development timelines, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Monitors progress and reviews deliverables to align with goals.
• Mentors and guides team members to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Supports integration strategies between Anaplan and Oracle and other systems.
• Drives forecast process improvements and reporting automation.
