Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data, reporting, financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis is a plus.
• Interest in learning enterprise planning platforms and Anaplan.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and business insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with complex data.
• Familiarity with SAS, Python, or R is helpful but not required.
• Prior experience with Anaplan is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, data, and processes to build scalable models for financial planning and reporting.
• Assist with data validation, system testing, regression testing, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior developers to translate planning needs into Anaplan solutions.
• Document requirements and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to scenario analysis and financial forecasting activities.
