Job summary

Dataiku seeks a Senior Manager, Anaplan & Sales Compensation Systems to lead end-to-end Anaplan strategy within Strategic Finance. You will own architecture, governance, and roadmaps for Anaplan across sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting while modernizing FP&A processes.

You will manage partner relationships, drive automation, and guide strategic decisions on build-vs-buy while ensuring data accuracy across connected systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and implementing Anaplan solutions.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 2+; Master Anaplanner preferred).
• Deep experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales compensation.
• Proven track record leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with system integration and data reconciliation across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and architecture for Anaplan across sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting modules.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for data integrity issues and lead root-cause investigations.
• Manage relationships with external Anaplan consultants and implementation partners.
• Translate evolving commission plans and ASC 606 accruals into scalable model design.
• Drive FP&A transformation by modernizing planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Lead process and controls improvements to catch data issues before payroll and month-end close.
• Present recommendations and platform strategy to finance leadership with build-vs-buy trade-offs.
• Partner with FP&A leadership on finance technology and AI-enabled tooling modernization.
• Build and mentor a team responsible for model builds, integrations, and support.
• Own platform governance: user access, security, environment management, and documentation standards.
• Drive standardization and automation across reporting, reducing offline spreadsheets.
