Job summary

Stepbeyd Strategic Global seeks an experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Connected Planning solutions on the Anaplan platform for diverse clients in the supply chain domain.

You will lead projects, mentor consultants, and collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements, build models, and ensure successful data migrations and integrations. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Demand Forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to lead Anaplan implementation projects and mentor consultants.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP using Anaplan Connect and Data Hub.
• Strong knowledge of model building on Anaplan and ALM processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 3) required; Solution Architect certification is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative supply chain solutions to our clients using the Anaplan platform. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts to design, implement, and optimize Connected Planning solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead and coordinate Anaplan implementation projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Mentoring and supporting the consultants in their professional development.
• Customer Consulting and Solution Delivery:
• Gather Business requirements and lead process and solution design discussions with customer & business teams.
• Analyse the requirement and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
• Design and build Anaplan models based on client requirements.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including data mapping, system integration, and user training.
• Provide expert guidance on Anaplan platform capabilities and modules.
• Guide clients on industry best practices.
• Data Migration and Integration:
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to Anaplan.
• Design and manage system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, using Anaplan Connect, Data Hub, etc.
• Testing and User Training:
• Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase.
• Prepare and review project documentations.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to enable clients to effectively utilize Anaplan solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
• Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
• Pre-Sales and Sales Support Activities:
• Working on proposals and RFPs.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and deliver demo/presentations to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting, Supply planning, S&OP, Inventory planning & Optimization.
• Hands-on experience in building and configuring models on the Anaplan platform.
• Knowledge of integrating Anaplan with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces using Anaplan Connect, Data Hub, workflows, query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, dashboards, and reports etc.
• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience out of total experience must be on Anaplan, executing 1-2 projects on the same.
• Good understanding of functional and technical architecture, model building best practices, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support working on data integration skills with multiple source and target systems
• A Bachelor / master's degree in engineering, Operation, Supply Chain
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification (min Level 3). Solution Architect certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python would be preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
• Candidate has worked in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, problem solving presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills
