Job summary

Garver’s Round Rock office seeks a Business Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team and align data strategy with client needs. You will own project scope, deliverables, and fees while guiding technical direction across data architecture, modeling, and governance.

You will drive growth by expanding analytics services across transportation, aviation, water, buildings, and federal markets, mentoring staff, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, CS, business, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in business analytics, BI, data management or related discipline.
• 5+ years in direct people management, including performance management.
• Proven experience in scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable management.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other visualization tools (Tableau, ArcGIS Dashboards).
• Experience writing project scopes and fee estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
• Oversee analytics projects from initiation to delivery, including planning and budgeting.
• Develop and promote strategic goals for the analytics practice.
• Provide direction on data management, architecture, and modeling.
• Engage with clients, present findings to executives, and deliver training.
