Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analytic Solutions Manager to shape knowledge publishing and machine-readable data for AI agents. You will lead roadmaps, partner with senior leaders, and drive adoption of common standards across Chase Consumer & Community Banking.

You will guide product analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver iterative improvements with clear metrics, while ensuring risk and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years in product management, cross-functional delivery.
• 4+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products with measurable impact.
• Strong product lifecycle experience: discovery to measurement, AI-powered systems.
• Expertise in knowledge management standards: taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle workflows, AI-ready formats.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the knowledge management strategy; own backlog and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build outreach programs to drive adoption of standards and knowledge approaches at scale.
• Set strategy for machine-readable content, RAG-friendly formats, and governance.
