Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) for the Consumer Business Services vertical. You will lead analytics demos, align solutions with customer needs, and partner with sales and product teams to deliver data-driven value.

The role supports fully remote or hybrid work, with preference for Central/Eastern time zones (NYC/Boston). Occasional travel may be required to engage with clients.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next.
• Knowledge of databases and web technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Align analytics solutions to CBS accounts and drive multi-product tech sold.
• Demonstrate products and perform technical sales through demos.
• Define business problems and propose actionable analytics solutions.
• Evaluate solutions and build stakeholder consensus for value delivery.
• Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences with Salesforce/Tableau.
• Create customized demonstrations for multiple personas.
