Job summary

You will gather requirements, write specifications, validate reports, and test for quality while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes and deliver timely insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with required years of experience.
• 4-7 years of experience mining data and developing reports using various analytics software.
• Experience gathering and documenting report requirements and writing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and integrate complex data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
• Prioritize and drive new reporting requirements to completion by assessing business needs and coordinating cross‑functional efforts.
• Identify and communicate key insights from reports and analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Proactively enhance reporting and analytics processes through cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct complex ad‑hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject‑matter expert.
• Provide guidance and support to junior employees or act as a team lead to facilitate knowledge sharing and project execution.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
