T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a skilled reporting/analytics professional in California to design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.

You will gather requirements, write specifications, validate reports, and collaborate across teams to improve reporting processes, delivering timely, accurate insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions at leadership level.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of experience mining data and developing reports using analytics software.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• Acceptable fields include Business, Finance, Information Management or related field.

Aufgaben

• Gather and integrate complex data from multiple sources to produce reports and insights.
• Prioritize and drive new reporting requirements to completion by assessing business needs.
• Identify and communicate key insights from reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Proactively enhance reporting and analytics processes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject-matter expert.
• Provide guidance and support to junior employees or act as a team lead.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
