Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights to harness data for actionable business results within the Brokerage Client Services team. You will engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to advance initiatives in performance monitoring, big data use cases, compensation analytics, and ad hoc analyses.

The role requires strong enterprise data background, data governance awareness, and a curiosity for AI/ML concepts while delivering insights at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years working in Data and/or Analytics or a degree in the field.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization and data prep using low/no-code tools.

• Represent needs on initiatives spanning business performance monitoring, analytics, and ad hoc projects.
