Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights in Salt Lake City to drive data-driven actions within the Brokerage Client Services team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to move initiatives forward and deliver insights from performance monitoring and big data use cases.

You will lead with an enterprise data mindset, emphasize data quality, and help translate analytics into concrete recommendations for associates, leaders and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data/analytics or a related degree field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience presenting insights to peers and managers.

• Represent needs on initiatives including business performance monitoring and analytics.
