Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an Associate in Analytics and Performance Insights to leverage data for action, improve experiences, and build trust in data products. You will provide diagnostics to customer-facing teams and partners within our Brokerage Client Services group.

The role emphasizes data governance, quality, visualization, and the use of tools like Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Salesforce to support strategic initiatives. Salt Lake City-based onsite role.

Qualifications

3+ years working in Data/Analytics or a related degree
Bachelor's degree required
Experience presenting data concepts to peers and managers
Familiarity with data governance principles and practices
Experience with data quality, data management, analytics, visualization and data prep using low/no-code tools

Responsibilities

Leverage data to drive results and improve associate, leader and customer experience
Build trust in data products and provide timely diagnostics to customer-facing teams and business partners
