Do you enjoy working with data and uncovering insights that lead to actions? The Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights, harnesses the power of data to drive results and improve the associate, leader and customer experience within our Brokerage Client Services team.
On a typical day, you'll be interacting with stakeholders, peers and technology and data teams to help move work forward. You'll collaborate with our data and reporting teams to represent our needs on a wide range of initiatives ranging from business performance monitoring, big data use cases, compensation and ad hoc analytics.
The role is ideal for someone with an enterprise data background, who is technically proficient, understands and appreciates the sensitivity to high-quality data, and can operate effectively as part of a global team.
The location of this position is Salt Lake City UT.
The Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights is part of Fidelity's Brokerage group, specifically within the Strategy, Planning and Enablement Team. We provide holistic reporting and analytics support to the Brokerage Client Services organization. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
