DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics across multiple sites, mentor analysts, and drive strategic insights. You will champion modern analytics tools and collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership of analytics strategy, data pipelines, and governance, with regular travel and on-site work where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data analytics or BI.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams.
• Advanced Power BI with dashboard creation and DAX expressions.
• Strong SQL skills and Python or R experience.
• Experience designing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Excellent communication and leadership to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of site-level analysts, including recruiting and mentoring.
• Set analytics standards for the region to drive value.
• Validate analytical processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify performance improvements.
• Oversee Power BI dashboards and reporting tools deployment.
• Guide data pipelines from diverse sources (ETL).
• Promote data literacy and tool adoption across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
