Judi Health is seeking a highly analytical Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. With 2–3 years of experience, you will support data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and insights across cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.

The role focuses on creating dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality, and enabling data-informed decision making for healthcare benefit programs.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
• Proficient with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with concepts and governed metric definitions.
• Preferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.
• Experienced working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
