Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Business Data Analyst II to turn data into decisive insights. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, design data models, and apply SQL-based analytics to drive efficiency in a warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in analytics, strong Power BI skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly. This onsite role supports multiple departments and operations across national sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in data analytics or BI required.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics or BI required.
• Proficiency in Power BI; dashboards and reports.
• Experience with SQL to query, clean and transform data.
• Python or R experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Onsite work if role is based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support decisions.
• Full development of Power BI including data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistics.
• Collaborate with site and sector leadership to identify efficiencies.
• Assist HR, Finance, and other teams with analytical solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights for internal and customer use.
• Leverage data from Warehouse Management and Timekeeping systems.
