You will recruit, mentor analysts, develop predictive models, and partner with operations to translate data into practical solutions that enhance efficiency and service levels. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of analytics experience.
• Excellent database management and data-mining skills, including understanding of SQL.
• Experience with programming or coding (Python, Java, VB, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and development of analysts under the program hierarchy.
• Coordinate analytics community across sector and site resources to encourage sharing of best practices.
• Designs, develops, and implements data gathering and reporting methods for Operations.
• Develop predictive models to help drive decision making.
