• Operate the Commercial Brain: scope analyses, verify reasoning, and catch errors before decisions.
• Act as second reviewer of record for analyses; ensure readiness for decision-making.
• Own the empirical loop: track outcomes vs. expectations and report falsifications as wins.
• Own data trust: reconcile sales data with platform truth and adjudicate data defects.
• Build automations to reduce manual analytical work and unlock higher-order problems.
