• Currently a senior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related field.
• Graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions for opportunities within the business area to enhance the advisor and client experience.
• Recommending and participating in enhancements to existing processes.
• Assists in resolving problems or issues through trouble shooting.
• Data analysis and reporting.

About the Role:

The Analytics LDP is a 24-month commitment designed cultivate your business acumen, gain on-the-job training, network in a supportive, inclusive, team-based environment, have exposure to senior leaders and contribute to the success of the company through three, 8-month rotations.

The Finance & Analytics team supports the analysis of business processes and works at developing solutions to best support the organization. As an Analytics LDP, you will work with team members to support the following areas:

• Finance
• Risk Management
• Interactive Marketing
• Technology
• Data Management

After exploring the breadth of the business unit(s) through each rotation, LDPs may have the opportunity to post to a permanent position within Ameriprise Financial.

Responsibilities vary depending on current rotation and assigned projects(s) and may include:

• Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions for opportunities within the business area to enhance the advisor and client experience
• Recommending and participating in enhancements to existing processes
• Assists in resolving problems or issues through trouble shooting
• Data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor's degree in Finance , Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related field
• Graduation date of December 202 6 or May/June 202 7
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program
