Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr Mgr, Business Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and dashboarding for the Zinc contract negotiators within the CVS Trade organization. You will consolidate data requirements, build a centralized data repository, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing market dynamics, and communicating key findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving strategic problems and/or new product development.
• 5+ years leading analytics, reporting, and dashboards using SQL/Tableau/MS Office.
• 7+ years of overall professional work experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all audiences regardless of technical background.
• Excellent project management with multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain measurement dashboards to track the organization.
• Analyze market dynamics, pipelines, and regulatory considerations affecting pharma.
• Explore and interpret large data volumes to extract insights.
• Conduct complex analyses addressing multiple variables and data dependencies.
• Identify additional data sources and data-gathering needs for improvements.
• Document objectives, data gathering, processing, results, and metrics.
