Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr Mgr, Business Analytics to be the primary analytics and dashboarding partner for Zinc contract negotiations. You will build analyses, dashboards, and tools to deliver insights to leadership within the CVS Trade organization, consolidating data needs and creating a centralized data repository.

You will lead complex analyses, define metrics, and communicate findings to senior leaders to inform strategic decisions, while shaping data governance and reporting practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic problem solving and/or new product development.
• 5+ years leading analytics, reporting, and dashboards projects.
• 7+ years overall professional experience.
• Clear and effective communication across audiences.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to measure the organization's state.
• Analyze market dynamics, product pipelines, and regulatory factors.
• Explore large data volumes and derive actionable insights.
• Conduct complex analyses addressing multiple variables with large data sets.
• Define data requirements, governance, and metrics for always-on reporting.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
