Qualifications

Experience in business analysis within cards acquisitions, fraud, marketing, or financial services domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/BI tools.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS) / Java Microservices is preferred.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements.
Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers.
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
