Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to assist in the creation and enforcement of privacy and compliance policies and guidelines across ASE and Apple
- 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer, technical product manager, or engineering-focused management consultant
- Strong software design skills, coupled with a deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience working with large, multi-functional teams spread across multiple locations
- Comfort with translating ambiguous high-level analytics questions into concrete engineering asks
- Clear and concise communication
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping deadlines
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in Privacy-Enhancing Technologies for large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with differential privacy, private data-synchronization across systems and devices, data minimization, tokenization, cryptography
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
