Job summary

Locala is hiring an Analytics Manager to lead the evolution of reporting and insights for the Sales Enablement organization. The role centers on transforming complex data into actionable insights that boost sales performance and operational efficiency.

You will evolve from handling ad hoc requests to owning reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics in a hybrid Miami office. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, building scalable reporting, and automating manual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of analytics, BI, sales analytics, or revenue operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc business and data requests from the sales team.
• Analyze campaign, product adoption, and customer performance data.
• Build presentations and executive-ready reports communicating insights.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to access datasets.
• Develop best practices for data requests and analytics workflows.
• Translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using internal and external datasets.
• Own development and improvement of reporting processes and dashboards.
• Execute recurring and complex reports.
• Build dashboards monitoring KPIs.
• Improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Document reporting processes and methodologies.
