Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics within the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization. You will lead data-driven initiatives, synthesize insights, and communicate results with a customer-first mindset embedded in Fidelity Digital Assets offerings.

You will collaborate across teams, develop dashboards, and leverage analytics to empower leaders to make informed decisions and drive improvements in customer experience and product strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
Experience with SQL, Python, R for data analysis.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik; Business Objects a plus.
Experience using big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena.
Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

Create and summarizes large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
Collect and analyze data to develop insights and reporting capabilities for leadership decisions.
Develop solutions using deep statistical analysis to inform Digital Assets strategy.
Collaborate with diverse teams to drive Fidelity and customer outcomes.
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills.
