Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Investment Advisor Group with impactful, insight-driven financial analysis. You will own a broad set of analytics, financial management activities, and strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.

In this role you will develop consultative analytics, partner with the Compensation team on advisor compensation, and guide junior analysts while collaborating with FW Finance leadership and IAG executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; 6+ years of Finance experience with strong modeling/analysis.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity with a consultative mindset to challenge assumptions.
• Leadership skills with mentoring and guiding junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad range of analytics, financial management activities, and strategic partner support for IAG.
• Develop consultative analytics and recommendations for key priorities and annual planning.
• Collaborate with Compensation on advisor compensation strategy and execution.
• Provide guidance to junior financial analysts and drive complex analyses.
