Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group. You will enable business partners to leverage data for key strategic decisions, focusing on reporting and dashboard development with Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities include partnering with Operations, managing BI solutions, and driving insights to action while collaborating with IT to improve reporting and automation, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• Minimum two years of dashboard/visualization experience in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL and data concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage BI solutions; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC) and insights tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights.
• Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences in written and oral form.
• Set priorities, deadlines, and next steps; collaborate with IT to enhance reporting and automation.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by business partners and improve data quality.
• Provide month-end reporting, process improvements, and ad hoc support.
