Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience scripting in Python or R.
• Knowledge of DAG-based and asset-based pipelines.
• Version control experience (Git, SVN) and Agile development.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain analyses to varied audiences.
• Hands-on dbt experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Office; data tools like Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to gather requirements and deliver data products.
• Develop a centralized data layer to deliver scalable data products.
• Incorporate domain data marts into a centralized core.
• Harmonize data across sites, software, and platforms for enterprise use.
• Design scalable architectural solutions to drive efficiency.
• Define orchestration strategies across multiple data domains.
• Work within a governed metadata framework with documentation mandated.
• Work with dbt to deliver documented, tested, DRY code.
• Follow analytics lifecycle and quality frameworks for timely delivery.
• Pursue innovative solutions to speed up delivery and decision-making.
