Insight Global is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to support our client in the insurance and annuities space, focused on building and scaling their analytics engineering function. This individual will lead the design and development of enterprise data models supporting key business areas such as underwriting, claims, and customer experience, while enhancing the overall data infrastructure. Day to day, they will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions, drive best practices around data modeling and governance, and mentor junior engineers. This role will also play a key part in advancing self-service analytics capabilities, ensuring high data quality, and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

Hourly range $60-75/hjr depending on expereince
