Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of analytics engineering / data engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL + strong experience with Snowflake and data warehousing (SQL, Coalesce, Snowflake, GCP)
• Proven experience with data modeling and building scalable analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools (Git, Python, Airflow/Dagster, CI/CD)
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures
• Strong communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders - Must work EST hours
• Thrives in high ambiguity — "here's the problem, come back with a solution"
• Self-starter with a clear desire to learn and improve
