You will own the data models, pipelines, and governance that support partner tracks, co-innovation, and co-sell motions, spending significant time in SQL and the data warehouse. You will lead the certified semantic layer, define metric governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver durable data architecture while mentoring others in SQL craftsmanship

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales analytics or analytics engineering
• 5+ years advanced SQL experience with window functions and complex joins
• 5+ years building data models in a cloud data warehouse with Snowflake
• 5+ years designing dashboards or governed datasets in BI platforms (Sigma preferred)
• 5+ years implementing data governance practices

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dimensional data models in Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize ELT pipelines from CRM, PRM, partner portal, marketplace and other sources.
• Own the semantic layer and Sigma models with metrics definitions and governance.
• Translate business rules into version-controlled data transformations.
• Establish data governance with lineage, access controls, and quality monitoring.
• Build partner attribution reporting across regions and tracks.
• Model partner capacity, certifications, and delivery footprint for planning.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to create durable data architecture.
• Build reconciliation and validation tooling for reviews and audits.
• Improve warehouse performance through tuning and workload management.
• Assess data impacts of program changes and plan model updates.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL and modeling.
