Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytics, analytics engineering, or data science.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs on real data and validation of outputs.
• Production experience owning dbt models, tests, and Git workflows.
• Advanced SQL with working Python proficiency.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred; Snowflake/Redshift acceptable).
• Practical data quality work across sources and trustworthy output.
• Ability to explain analyses and walk through end-to-end questions with stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independently choosing what to work on.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace reporting across publishers, advertisers, and verticals.
• Build and maintain dbt models in the warehouse with tests, in version control.
• Investigate anomalies end to end and determine remediation.
• Apply LLMs to analytics workflows in collaboration with the Analytics Lead.
• Define success metrics for features and journeys; instrument events accordingly.
• Define KPIs with operators to support data-driven decisions.
• Build self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests to analytics.
• Ensure data quality through reconciliations and validation across sources.
• Support experimentation and measurement design during platform/product changes.
• Grow into quantitative optimization of offers and user experiences.
