• Strong problem solving and numerical dexterity.
• Demonstrated track record of project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a stakeholder team to review day-to-day analyst work and develop business fluency.
• Design and implement foundational data models, semantic models, and supporting documentation and context for conversational analytics across data domains.
• Address opaque, unstructured problems by creating core analytic frameworks and standardized semantic models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver standardized data approaches.
• Teach and guide stakeholders on using LLMs for their data needs and translate into reusable training materials.
• Develop and maintain AI evaluations for conversational analytics and track programmatic accuracy.
