Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Strong data modeling and data architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain analytics-ready data models and transformations using dbt, SQL, and Python.
• Develop semantic layers, metrics, and business logic for consistent reporting and AI applications.
• Build and support orchestrated data pipelines and curated datasets for analytics and ML.
• Develop metadata and documentation to enable AI agents to query data correctly.
• Develop AI-ready datasets and features for ML and analytics projects.
• Implement data quality testing, data contracts, and observability to improve accuracy.
