Job summary

Mint Dentistry in Dallas, TX is seeking an Analytics Engineer to turn raw data into actionable insights. This full-time, in-person role will work under the VP of Data and Analytics, building dimensional data models and automated dashboards using dbt and Looker Studio.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, gather requirements, maintain data references, and produce both routine and ad hoc analyses for executives. Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics/engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and SQL is essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Build dimensional data models and analytical report tables in our data warehouse (BigQuery) using dbt.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Maintain the reference data tables used by our dashboards.
• Run routine analytical reports to support various business functions.
• Run ad hoc reports for executives and other stakeholders as needed.
• Communicate the results of data analyses in written and verbal form to executives and other stakeholders.
