Job summary

American Dental Education Association seeks a Manager, Learning Analytics to design and manage dashboards and data workflows for the Office of Learning. You will lead cross-team data collection, analysis, and reporting to support CE, transcripts, and awards programs, partnering with internal stakeholders and external experts.

The role requires expertise in data analytics, dashboard tools like Tableau/PowerBI, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in project, program, and data management.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project and program management capabilities and experience.
• Knowledge of dashboard creation and strong technical skills.
• Experience in data analytics and designing databases and data visualization (SQL and Tableau).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop a database and interactive dashboards for the Office of Learning.
• Prepare and automate trends and outcomes reports for OL/CEAC/CCEPR-CERP.
• Develop SOPs and data workflows across OL programs.
• Manage projects with prioritized timelines and iterative data integration.
• Develop training on OL CE databases and dashboards for staff.
• Coordinate with OL staff and other departments on data acquisition and retention.
• Support OpenWater application and award processes.
